ستعرض إنتهاكات الدعم السريع للديبلوماسيين الغربيين .. عقار :يختتم زيارته لروندا

اختتم نائب رئيس مجلس السيادة الإنتقالي الفريق مالك عقار زيارته لدولة رواندا بلقاء ضم أكثر من 25 دبلوماسياً من سفراء ورؤساء وممثلي البعثات الدبلوماسية للدول الأفريقية والأوروبية والاسيوية والولايات المتحدة الاميركية بكيغالي، حيث قدم شرحاً للأوضاع الإنسانية السيئة التي يعيشها السودانيين، عازياً ذلكنسبة لاستهدافهم من قبل قوات الدعم السريع المتمردة.

وتناول مالك عقار الانتهاكات للقوانين الوطنية والدولية من الابادة الجماعية والتهجير القسري للمواطنين واحتلال منازلهم من قبل مليشيا الدعم السريع المتمردة، الي جانب انتهاج المليشيا للاغتصاب والعنف الجنسي كسلاح في الحرب، بإلاضافة لمنهجها الذي شهدته جميع المناطق التي دخلتها المليشيا من تدمير للبنية التحتية للدولة والقطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة مثل قطاع النفط، مشيراً إلى استهداف مباني وانابيب ومحطات وحقول النفط بالسودان هو ليس استهدافاً للسودان وحده، فذلك يهدد المصالح الاقتصادية لعدة دول، وأضاف ان استهداف المليشيا لحياة المواطنين قد امتد لاستخدام التجويع كسلاح وأداة للعقاب الجماعي على الوقوف بجانب بقاء الدولة ومؤسساتها، عبر تدمير مشروع الجزيرة ونهب آليات المشروع ومدخلات الإنتاج الزراعي بالولاية، وأضفت بأن محاولة المليشيا لتسويق جرائمها بحق الشعب السوداني تارةً على أنها معركة سياسية لاجتثاث الإخوان المسلمين، وتارةً لتحقيق الديمقراطية هي مجرد شعارات لاستمالة الغرب و الدول التي تحارب الاسلام السياسي، فمليشيا الدعم السريع صنيعة نظام الاخوان المسلمين قد هزمت شعاراتها منذ ان بدأت في استهداف المواطن السوداني وممتلكاته الخاصة والعامة.

وتناول عقار بشرح الموقف الحكومي الرسمي من هذه الحرب وخارطة الطريق المعتمدة من قبل حكومة السودان لإنهاء الحرب، مؤكداً أن السودان على استعداد كامل للإنخراط في أي عملية سياسية شاملة شريطة احترام السيادة الوطنية والامن القومي للبلاد.

وطلب نائب رئيس مجلس السيادة خلال هذا اللقاء من سفير الولايات المتحدة الامريكية ايصال رسالته بترحيب حكومة السودان بالمبعوث الخاص المعين حديثا، وتطلع الحكومة في ان يكون تعيينه يعبر عن سياسة جديدة تجاه السودان لانهاء الحرب، وتحقيق تطلعات الشعب السوداني في الاستقرار بالبلاد. إلى جانب ذلك أكد نائب رئيس مجلس السيادة للسادة الدبلوماسيين العمل عبر مفوضية العون الانساني واللجنة العليا للطواريء الانسانية على تسهيل إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية للمحتاجين، مؤكداً أن حكومة السودان لا تمانع اي جهود انسانية تساهم في تخفيف معاناة المواطنين السودانيين.

واختتم عقار اللقاء بدعوة الحضور لمشاهدة فيلم وثائقي لجرائم وانتهاكات مليشيا الدعم السريع، وقد التقطت مشاهد الوثائقي بكاميرات جنود مليشيا الدعم السريع نفسهم لتوضح وبصورة جلية الواقع الذي يعيشه السودانيون نساءاً ورجالاً واطفالاً تحت طائلة هذه الحرب.

This afternoon, my visit to the State of Rwanda concluded with a meeting that included more than 25 diplomats from ambassadors, heads and representatives of diplomatic missions of African, European and Asian countries as well as the United States of America and Russia in Kigali, where I provided an explanation of the dire humanitarian situation experienced by the Sudanese people due to the targeting by the rebel Rapid Support Forces.

I discussed the violations of national and international laws, from genocide, forced displacement of citizens and the occupation of civilians homes by the rebel rapid support militia, in addition to the militia’s methodology of using rape and sexual violence as a weapon of war, in addition to the militia’s policy witnessed in all areas entered by the militia which is the destruction of state infrastructure and all economic sectors facilities they encounter such as the oil sector. Knowing that targeting oil pipes, stations, buildings and fields in Sudan is not targeting the interests of the people and government of Sudan alone, it threatens the economic interests of several countries.

I added that the militia’s targeting of the lives of citizens has extended to the use of starvation as weapon and a a tool of collective punishment as a result of standing by the permanence of the sudanese state and its institutions, through the destruction of Al-Jazeera agricultural Scheme and the looting of the machines of the scheme and the inputs of agricultural production in the state. I added that the militia’s attempt to market its crimes against the Sudanese people, sometimes as a political battle to eradicate the Muslim Brotherhood, and sometimes to achieve democracy are just slogans to gain the support of the West and countries that fighting political Islam, And that the rapid support militia, the creation of the Muslim Brotherhood regime has defeated its slogans since it began to target the Sudanese citizen and its private and public property.

I explained to the diplomat in audience the official government’s position on the war and the road map adopted by the Government of Sudan to end the war, and i assured them that Sudan is fully prepared to engage in any comprehensive political process provided that the national sovereignty and security of the country is respected.

During this meeting, I asked the Ambassador of the United States of America to convey my message to his leadership the welcoming of the Government of Sudan of the newly appointed special envoy and our hopes that his appointment reflects a new policy towards Sudan to end the war and achieve the aspirations of the Sudanese people of peace and stability in the country. In addition, I assured the diplomats that we are working through the Humanitarian Aid Commission and the Supreme Humanitarian Emergency Committee to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid to the affected population in need and i assured the audience that the Government of Sudan is not and will not hinder any humanitarian efforts that contributes to alleviating the suffering of the Sudanese people.

The meeting concluded by inviting the audience to watch a documentary film of the crimes and violations of the Rapid Support Militia, and the scenes of this documentary were taken with the cameras of the soldiers and officers of the Rapid Support militia themselves, to clarify the reality experienced by Sudanese women, men and children under this war.
